Positives:
Staff were super nice and helpful. The handicap access was ACTUALLY Accessible. My adult son in a wheelchair was able to move about the room freely and was able to pull his chair right up to the bed for transfers, this makes getting in and out of bed soooo much safer and easier for him. Many places that claim accessibility barely have enough space to get the chair in the room. We loved the Hampton and will stay again in the future!!

Room had a slight odor that was not unclean, but just used.
Was told there would be a breakfast bag because I had to leave early for airport. No bag.
