I booked a king suite corner balcony for over 300 dollars. When I got there they gave me the wrong room and told me since I booked on a 3rd party app I was only guranteed that I got a room, and not which room I got. So I paid a extra hundred dollars for a room I didn't even get to stay in. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was small. Also there was a beer in the mini fridge that was there when I got there. I don't drink and the hotel staff pretty much told Me "Too bad, you're locked into the room your in."

The property was nice and clean.
Negatives:
Our biggest complaint was the this walls. The noise levels from the street were very loud until about two in the morning. Cars revving very loudly, very loud music, and there seemed to be no buffer from all of it. The bell from the front door, going off every time it opened could be heard from our 3rd floor room. Very thin walls.
We even heard some romance from the room next to ours.

Gave us wrong room, no trash liners, asked staff to send item up to room and never got them. Also heard they could care less if you car got stolen in the parking lot you pay for. Luckily that didn’t happen to me but anxious stay overall. And lied to my face saying they were fully booked and couldnt give me the room I paid for instead a one bed king room, fridge didnt work and blinds were torn prior to going. Don’t ask staff for any help because they all seem confused or as if they don’t even work there including the managers.
