Positives: The front desk and other staff were very friendly, provided excellent service, and advice and ideas about what to do in the area, where to eat, etc. Our room was clean, well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was also clean and cozy warm (which my wife very much appreciated), nice new equipment in the gym too.

Negatives: First floor hallway to swimming pool very loud with quest! That area should be considered a quiet zone! Also, guest rooms should have 3 to 4 complete towels set!
