The room was clean, and the security protocol made me feel safe. I especially liked the breakfast buffet. It featured egg white fritattas, which were good! We also had issues with our door mechanism, but the staff was able to get it fixed.

The hotel is in an amazing area and has clearly been recently refurbished. Everything is new and clean and the rooms are very spacious. The beds are big and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff always left our room looking impeccable. Pool area is nice and clean.
Negatives:
Everything was great, there's nothing to be improved. We travel quite a lot and this hotel easily made it to our top 5. We will be back for sure.

The staff went above and beyond to leave my niece Cookies and a hand-written note to congratulate her on her graduation from high school. Such a nice touch and our family really appreciated it! Thank you! The weight room was so nice and clean and the pool was also very clean and nice.

Location felt a bit unsafe and we didn't like the open parking garage under the hotel.

The staff at check in were just wonderful.
They asked what the occasion was and because it was for my birthday they gave me a room upgrade and a complimentary soda.
The room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast was very nice.
My kids enjoyed having multiple choices of waffles.

Negatives:
I would love free parking but it isn't something that happens in downtown areas and I get that.
