The hotel was very clean in our room.

The front desk clerk who called my hotel phone at 9am asking for a card to be on file when i had already placed one on file she just didn?t check first before calling. Lights hanging in our room by the fridge and the pool was extremely nasty.

The lady at the bar when my family arrived helped us get seated and drinks before our meal. She was very polite and interacted with our children very pleasantly.

No towels in the pool. So had to go soaking wet back to our room to get towels for my family. Then went to give my girls a bath the shower didn't work. The woman working the counter to assist my wife with snacks wouldn't get off her phone.
