I paid quite a bit for a room for my family, as we were excited about attending a concert.I paid that price to make sure I received BREAKFAST for my family the next morning. I went to eat, made my plate and was told my room wasn't on the list. HUMILIATED I put my plate down and left. I came back down after awhile and showed my screenshot of my room amenities and talked with the gentleman at the front counter, he assured me I was right and they were absolutely wrong. I came back down to eat with my family. I was asked for my room number at least 5 or 6 times. I was even asked if I had a COUPON even!! Embarrassing

Pool was filthy and cold. Facilities outdated and dirty looking. Had to wait forever to check in with only one staff member at front desk on the phone with a disgruntled former guest who was complaining that the staff did not provide him a receipt because he booked through booking.com. Lo and behold, I had the same issue when I checked out, the staff refused to provide me a receipt because my employer booked the hotel through booking.com. So now I have no way of getting a receipt for this business expense... lovely.

Loud noises at night off of the west side (that’s what I’m thinking). Sounds like motorcycles at idle, with occasional loud noises in between a lower rumbling sound. We heard this last time we stayed here. It stops at 10 pm.

The hotel itself is very nice, clean rooms, spacious rooms, easy access to the parking garage, over all pleasurable experience.
Negatives:
The customer service was extremely off putting on arrival. I would get attitude and rude short abrupt answers for simple nicely asked questions. They would give short answers with no explanation. Followed by awkward silence as i try to figure out why they are being rude. I work in customer service every day. I would get fired for talking to customers the way they spoke to me. 2 separate conversations both equally rude and off putting. We avoided the staff after that.
