Someone back in to my truck in the parking garage and I have a cracked front bumper.

alarm keep going off the room the first night we had to change rooms because the little alarm is going off and we couldnt get shut off and we were in the second room and twice in one day it went off .

Because the most part it was good it was one girl that was kind of rude, hello nap, and then alarms and kept going off.

Quick check in. Plenty of parking off street with good handicap stalls. Breakfasts for our 2 day stay was good. Premade omelets were hot and tasted good. Definitely liked the french toast. Blackout curtains worked very well and much appreciated being on the south side. Electronic Room keys worked very well.

Even though this was a handicap room, there was no chair, only the bed and a couch. The couch worked out ok and I'm sure I could have requested a chair for the room. Bathroom was dated. Lots of grab bars which was good but mold on the seam of the soap dish was very obvious. Also, shower curtain was very hard to keep INSIDE the tub because it is too short when using the type of shower curtain bar and water will go out on the floor and the adjacent wall as seen in the picture where the tile had fallen off. Other issue is the hotel needs to describe n their website how you get to the lobby via the secure doors and use of the elevator to get to the 2nd floor Lobby. We came upon an older couple walking around the building looking for the lobby entrance. We informed them to go to the door near the garage entrance and press the buzzer to gain access and then take the elevator to the 2nd floor to check in. Their security to the rooms is good with this method but would help if explained on the website.
