I liked the size of the room, the complimentary breakfast, and it was in a good location to KC.
Negatives:
The facilities appear old and are in need of repair. On two occasions, I had to seek assistance from staff to gain entry into my bedroom because the door got jammed. It made me 2nd guess leaving my hotel room. Additionally, sometimes I left the door unlocked/ajar simply to have ease of access upon return (leaving all my valuables vulnerable to theft).

The kids loved the beds and breakfast and the pool. We had space in our room for games and relaxing. The couch bed was comfortable.

Charge Point in the parking garage.
Not only is there there free covered parking at the hotel, you can charge your vehicle overnight for free.
We didn’t have time to use them, but there was a nice little pool and a well equipped gym.
Breakfast was very good. Lots of hot (and cold) choices.
The downtown location was convenient for shopping and getting back on the highway the next day. Also - pet friendly.
