Young man with Bell service was very sweet upon our arrival and extremely helpful. Cannot remember his name. Bed was comfortable, view was nice (though balcony was not furnished as I paid for)
Negatives:
Room was supposed to have a furnished balcony- I paid extra- It did not. Bathroom looked worn down- wall paper peeling, rust/calcium stain in tub. I went down to get trolly for bags and Manager of bell service did not want to give me trolly - said he only had 4 and I needed to bring right back- I just paid nearly 400 for a room for one night and I can't use a trolly???? Room service was fair- brought wrong coffee -even after we discussed on phone- breakfast was ice cold- too bad because the poached eggs were some of the prettiest I have seen- ice cold. Luckily after voicing my opinion on the breakfast that portion was refunded. Overall not a fabulous experience. Would pick the Hilton again next time over this location.

Not great customer service. Room ac was not blowing cool air. The shower liner was moldy, and the folded bath towels were still wet. The room was not cleaned well, there were food plates with food still on them, old water bottles, and trash from the previous guests in one of the drawers that was never cleaned out.
