The water pressure was low and the water was hard not softened. The toilet paper was cheap like a gas station. The room was not very clean, I was only barefoot in that room and the bottom of my feet were dirty.
I've stayed in better hotels for far less money.

The checkin and room service staff members were wonderful. Beds are very comfortable.
Negatives:
I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. The property is not what it used to be. It’s showing a lot of wear and tear. It don’t appear there is any security and the parking garage access gate isn’t working so anyone can go in and out. The room service menu is very small and prices are extraordinary for what you get.

Alex, the valet was fantastic. He remembered us from our last trip. He is friendly, fast, and personable.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We frequent this hotel and always have a nice stay.
Negatives:
When we first arrived the front desk was not occupied for at least 15 minutes. All at once 3 staff members emerged. This is not something that we have encountered before. Normally there is someone there ready to check you in. Once staff arrived they worked quickly to get us checked in.
