Breakfast was amazing and so were the breakfast staff. Loved them.

The room was not clean. We had requested through booking.com that the sofa bed be made up when we arrived, for the kids. It was not. We opened up the sofa bed and the mattress had blood stains on it. Absolutely disgusting. I called the customer service desk who told me they had no other rooms and that housekeeping only had one person (in a giant 19 story Marriott) on staff, so it could not be done. If I wanted to have to make up a bed, I would stay in an airbnb, not a Marriott. The sofa beds middle bar Was Visible Even after the mattress was down so we knew the kids were not going to get a comfortable sleep. The carpet looked dirty. The wall had a grease stain. If I could have switched to a different Hotel I would have. I expect so much more from the Marriott and am completely disgusted.

Road Construction wasn’t noted when making reservation, no where to eat when came back from concert, parking ramp is very tight and have to take different elevators to gain access from rooms to ramp- visa versa and finally when arrived Heat was on in room on an 87 degree day. Service from front desk wasn’t great or hospitable.
