I felt they gave us the worst room due to traveling with a dog! The room was dark only 2 lights worked. Bathroom was unclean and toilet seat was falling off! The shower never got hot only barely warm! There was a hole in the carpet and curtain was only held up by a few hooks! The last microtel I stayed in was pristine and thats why I choose the location- this was only a microtel in name not in any other area!

The heat worked
Negatives:
No hot water when I checked in. Hot water issue was fixed over night, but not enough water pressure to turn on the shower.
Negatives:
Did not eat the breakfast. There was minimal things to eat. I did look it over. There was a minimal kitchen. No plates or utensils in the room when there were room for them. Frig had all missing shelves. No shuttle bus but a kind young man drove us to the airport in his own car.
