close to everything, right in the middle of downtown where there’s plenty of entertainment and food.
Negatives:
stained carpet and they were aware because when I went down to report it the gentleman said,”oh yes! we’re aware of that room, we were actually going to block it since a work order was put in but we realized someone had booked it”. umm ok so give another room but hey! there was also food on the pull out coach/bed when we pulled it out.

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious with several chairs and tables as well as a kitchenette with a good stock of basic kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, pans, and dish soap.
Negatives:
The rooms were dirty when we arrived and were not cleaned even when we asked for housekeeping! There was pet hair all over the floor in 1 of our 2 rooms that even when we specifically complained and when we specifically asked for it to be vacuumed, it was not! Even when we asked for housekeeping, it was not fully provided, and on the second day of our 3 night stay when housekeeping was provided when we were out, the kleenexes or tissues were not refilled (box was clearly empty), the garbages (with dirty diapers, etc) were not emptied, and one of the 2 beds was not made, plus we received a small number of towels (2) for 4 people in the room...!!! The staff at the front desk did apologize, but said that they could not give any amount of a refund as we booked through a 3rd party, but they did take our parking for 1 vehicle for 2 days off our bill, which was appreciated, but still did not cover the reprehensible level of uncleanliness of our 2 rooms and at such a high cost - over $250 per room per night. And don't get me started on the absolutely poor and basic breakfast!!

Location was great. It was quite walkable. Staff were wonderful especially the woman who checked us in was amazing. Breakfast was quite good and exceeded expectations.

It would have been helpful to know that the only parking was valet at the hotel in advance.
