Pillows were flatter than a piece of paper. Also my floor was out of ice which was super inconvenient as it was 11pm and I wasn’t about to stop by all floors to check for ice. I was on the 10th floor and opposite end of the ice machine which was annoying once getting over there and no ice in the ice machine.

Breakfast very poor, self serve with a grim selection on offer, ended up with fruit cereal and a luke warm coffee.
Evening meal/food selection equally as poor, 10 or so items on offer and all of them suggest no chef is employed, it's reheat or grill and then served.
Valet parking service is laughable, $35 a day and they park them around the corner, when you can find parking for half that cost, not to mention the people running that service leave a lot to be desired in terms of service levels, politeness and efficiency.
