My ac in the room didn?t work and the elevator was not working and I had to stay on 5th floor

Everything was very conveniently located within the facility and also near the facility. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was by far my favorite!! It was so delicious and had so many options.
Negatives:
The elevator was broken during our stay so that was a little hard bringing all of our luggage up so many flights.

Elevators were not in working order as we checked in and as we checked out, which meant carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs. We should have been informed of this prior to getting to KC.

Electronics like pc, phone, watch...all have to be used, plugged in and charged and at least there were some USB plug ins, thank you. And the furniture at different heights could be used for a mouse without killing you mouse arm. We used the stove top many times so glad to have it instead of just a microwave.
Negatives:
No free parking, you had to use street parking, no parking lot to speak of. So we had to pay for parking and it was so limited that we couldn't get a spot on the main floor by the door, had to drive into an alley and try that narrow entrance and park far from any door. Really not ideal for parking. Water pitcher leaked everywhere.
