Yes.the uncaring staff.the dirty room ,dirty fridge, stained toilet.the dripping sink.the medium cool room .The rolling noise above me the loud volleyball team in the hallways and common areas.

Only one problem !! The hotel advertised a nice heated outdoor pool. The problem was no chairs or recliners around the pool area. Asked management several days to place chairs out there, but they never did !! Said they would get it done, but never did !!!

EVERYTHING!!! I was welcomed with a smile, the room was VERY spacious and had a GREAT view, even the toiletries were great. Then there was the location... it is a short walking distance from the shopping center, from Union Station, from the park...
