It was a great stay, just unfortunate they were doing cleaning while we were there but they were very nice cleaners and they did good work our floors weren’t very wet at all when we came back to the hotel later that evening. The water was off one morning and we were informed the water wasn’t operational. Yes unfortunate definitely not the hotel or any fault. The hotel was great they gave us as much water as we needed and was cool calm and collected throughout the unfortunate situation. Some other people were upset at the front desk clerk for something he couldn’t control. I respect the front desk man he was great at keeping his composure and did what he could to help. The water was turned back when we arrived that evening and everything else was great till we checked out. Great place for on a budget as well.

The beds were not comfortable and neither were the pillows. I’ve stayed on many hotels and these beds were the least comfortable for the price. I did not like that breakfast was an extra charge especially for the prices of the room it should be included

The property seems to have refurbished the reception area but the rooms are very tired, with stains all over and the most gross looking furniture, bed mattresses that need replacing.
The gym was a complete mess, so decided to pass on using it.

If I could have the...
Positives:
The 2 young ladies at check in were very professional and nice. She made sure our rooms were on the same floor and close to each other. We should have noticed the red flag when my sister asked about the $100 deposit. She said the area had a lot of break ends and unruly guest and had to make sure damage to the hotel was covered. I hate I didn’t get her name because those 2 were the only thing I appreciated at this place.
Negatives:
The room was stuffy, could have been a lot cleaner, the fridge didn’t work and when asking for additional towels we had to get them ourselves from the lobby. We paid extra for breakfast which was a joke plus 4 cars got their windows busted out overnight, one of which was my sister’s. The next day, the kiddie staff was a bigger joke and no one could reach management. It looked like the cleaning staff were all under 16 and even though the front desk girl was by herself with a lot going on… she was rude and her attitude was horrible.
