There are so many things I appreciate about this hotel. Upon entry, The lobby was clean and the staff helpful and amazing!! The room was spotless and very accommodating. It was also very quiet, considering it was a weekend and seemed like a full house.

MOTEL MANAGER HAS ZERO BOUNDARIES WITH FEMALE GUESTS The motel is a shabby run down smelly little place. The location was like grand central station for transient folk walking along the freeway ramp. The manager left love notes for my wife on our door

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It's great value for the price, quiet neighborhood and easy access to the highway. It's an older hotel, but the beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean. Breakfast was fine, the usual fare with make your own waffles! We liked it so much we extended our stay by a night to get some famous KC BBQ.
Negatives:
Not really a negative, but at 1st we thought the neighborhood might be sketchy, as it's older, but felt very safe and people were very friendly. Really appreciated the quietness. This is a motel style with doors on the exterior, you would never know it once in the room.
