This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The shower looked liked was straight out of a hospital room. The food was horrible and to top it off someone stole my $600 AirPod max headphone out of my room while I was in the restaurant and until now the staff has done nothing to rectify the situation. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

The sandwiches and bakery goods were the same stale food there all week. Never replenished ran out of almost everything .
Negatives:
The housekeeping was the worst: bed never looked like it was made up: never replenished toiletries or toilet paper or tissues. Had to ask for towels every morning. Floors were never cleaned or swept.

The staff and amenities were excellent! The room was great, shower was amazing and staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable.

Only negative is that the outlets were worn out and only one would hold a plug to charge our phones.
