Positives:
Location was great as it was next to the festival and mall. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. My daughter had a sore throat and the bar staff helped me find lemons and honey to make her drink.
Negatives:
It was super dated for the cost of the rooms. I felt the rooms are comparable to Holiday Inn (which is much less).
Breakfast delivery to our room cost $80 for avocado toast, two parfaits and burnt pancakes. We did it for the connivence as we had a dance competition and the Starbucks gets super crazy, but they were delivered in a paper bag. I would recommend waiting at Starbucks as it is way cheaper and similar food.

Positives:
The pool area and workout facilities were immaculate. These areas are always the true testament of "clean" and I was impressed. The rooms were clean and smelled clean. Front desk staff and valet staff were great. Not a single complaint.
Negatives:
While I couldn't hear any 'neighbor noises' in the room, I could hear everything in the hallway. It didn't bother me except that I don't like the idea of others hearing me and my conversations from the hall. But that's super minor. I'm digging for some constructive feedback. As stated, I was pleased with my stay.

The Checkin process took longer. Our room was supposed to be ready by 4 pm but didn’t get a room until after 6:30 pm.

The room hallways could use better lighting and the need to have lightweight robes in the rooms for guests. Also a makeup washcloth should be provided, so you don't have to use a white washcloth.

Upon checking in the lady didn't give us a run down of the facilities or even the operating times, or where the restaurant is, the elevator didn't have a directory on what level the facilities are. This is the only hotel that I've stayed at that you need to pay for wifi unless you're a member of the hotel chain.

There was a makeshift mattress cover.
We were given a room with a city view, but couldn’t see much out of the dirty windows.
The toilet in the room was like a public toilet, with the plumbing exposed. No fan in the bathroom!
The door near the hot tub area was caked with a combination of rust, mold, and algae.
This property needs a deep clean and a renovation badly to justify the prices.
