They had false advertised there property policies and had it down as 18 year old minimum bookings so I bought the room online with intentions of staying the night there just to waste my time driving there just to be told no when it’s right there on my phone, I feel like I should be compensated more then just for the room itself considering the waste of gas and my time.

Nice place to stay, was clean and comfortable.

There was never anyone at the front desk. Always had to wait for someone. When I was checking in, I waited at the front deck for 10 minutes or more. No bell to ring, I walked around and couldn't find anyone. The only complaint we had on the room was that it was really humid. The air was off in the room.

The hotel was convenient to get to. I had a easy check in & was very happy I was on the 1st floor. LeAnn I think was her name. Very professional & friendly.
Negatives:
Only thing I didn't like was the couple in the room next to me were arguing but that didn't bother me for long. I was exhausted when I got to my room Saturday night.

Night shift manger(I’m assuming he was a manager)and his assistant was rude we did not receive a warm welcome like the morning shift lady provided my husband. This hotel is old, I know that because there are no elevators and the bathroom sink is not attached to the bathroom, it is right at the door once you walk in, and they just updated the paint. The room wrecked of incense which is probably why they have the humidifier in the room(it didn’t help). But you get what you pay for.
