Breakfast was good. Had everything you would need to start your day. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Nice area not too far from the zoo and things we were looking to do. Overall good experience!
Negatives:
The heater was out on the pool so it was way too cold to get in. That was a disappointment especially since that was one main thing I called to make sure they had a pool. I would definitely ask specifically if it is working before booking if it’s important to you.

When I needed more outlets on my side of the bed due to oxygen and CPAP, all I had to do was ask at the front desk and immediately I had a surge protector handed to me! Great Service! Wonderful breakfast!

So room 209 awful smell yes they brought a cleaning fan unfortunately we read the instructions and it’s hazardous to your health so they didn’t work, the carpet was dirty we told guy when checking in May 31 military discount and we noticed it’s not on bill talking with other family members who stay there and everybody bill is different don’t know why?

Dirty room the smell and the clothing draw was broken
