My room was ready when I arrived.
Negatives:
My room bathroom was not thoroughly clean. There were mold spots around the tub and the toilet seat lid was broken. Breakfast was poor and there was not enough food. Breakfast opened at 6:00 and there was little, if any, food available at 645.

Nothing. They have bed bugs. They didn't refund my money.

The hotel has bed bugs. I took pictures and told staff. I requested a refund and was told I can get 50% of my money back and I didn't get a quarter back. I recommend going 5 minutes away to the Best Western.

The room couldve used a deep clean as the corners of the bathroom were grimy. Everything else was clean enough. Breakfast was lacking.

Not really anything good to say about liking the place. Only good thing about the hotel was location for us, as we have family that lives near by.

The hotel states they are "Pet Friendly," well lets clear this up, they ARE NOT pet friendly! Our dog was in the room and would bark every time someone slammed a door or the entry door slammed. People coming and going all hours of the night and standing outside smoking or getting high. Front desk called us and told us to keep the dog from barking and we explained what was going on, also explained that the area outside our door smelled like weed and they responded by saying' "we will come down and spray but keep the dog from barking or we will have to call animal control!" Called me again while I was in the room claiming the dog was barking and he was not and again said they would have to call animal control if he kept barking! On top of all of that the place was filthy. Looked like they hadn't vacuumed the hallway in over a week or more and our shower curtain looks as if someone decided to use it as a make up remover. This is more of a long term living hotel then a couple day stay over. Do not recommend anyone with dogs stay at this place.
