The elevator didn't work, then I get into the room and I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone is there for show only it didn't have a cord in it so it didn't work either.

The staff were polite and helpful. We had ordered takeout and they gave us silverware plates and napkins.

It needs some TLC. There was a chair in our room that had seen its life. There were rips in it. The hot tub was closed and after a 7 hour drive I was looking forward to it.

The kid at the front desk was completely inappropriate with my girlfriend she felt very uncomfortable. Was not a good stay at all.
