Room was poor at best. clearly no pride in how it's cared for or maintained. Wall paper peeling off the walls shower did not work properly. I would hate to see this hotel in another two years. It's already in sad shape after the first two. never again

Location was close to where I needed to be.
Negatives:
Room was not clean at check in. Room keys stopped working multiple times.

The lobby looked very nice, unfortunately that was as far as our experience got.

When we arrived at the hotel three other guests were at the front desk because their rooms were not ready yet. I soon discovered that my room wasn't ready either. After 45min of waiting we canceled and went to another hotel.

It is newer and the location is right off the interstate.
Negatives:
The room was dirty, the toilet paper holder was broken, the carpet was torn/ frayed, there were broken tiles in the bathroom, there were dirty/ soiled (no idea what, but brown) towels on the floor of the hallway, and the room was very noisy.

We had so many issues at this hotel, we would never consider staying there again. When we checked in, they sent us to a completely dirty room. Checked somebody else with our last name in to our room, and wanted to switch their billing to ours. Total mess.

It was unfortunate they are dealing with employees ghosting them like so many other businesses are struggling with. Employee dependability is a challenge. The front desk clerk was trying to do three positions at once on the morning we checked out.

There was a terrible sewer like odor in parts of the hotel, including the elevators! Thank goodness it didnt permeate our room, but at points we had to cover our noses in an attempt to block the odor! No explanation from staff!

The hotel was easy to find, and was close to many restaurants.

Front desk ladies were awesome, the pool and waterslide are so much fun, delicious hot breakfast, very clean all around, the shower heads are amazing!

My sitting area TV was not programmed to receive local channels, but the bedroom one was. Couldn't figure out how to get heat to work on fireplace, and then it magically worked. There needed to be more pool towels.

Bar, Free Breakfast, Beautiful Design of Entry and Sitting Areas. Walk in Shower and comfortable bed. Suite with living room was nice with two flat screens - one in bed area and one for sitting area. Room was not ready at 6 pm when we tried to check-in.
Negatives:
House cleaning was poor. Room smelled like fish. Took 5 days until they eliminated smell. Room not touched for 2 of the days - no towels, no cleaning. Food storage area was like an old cupboard with pressed wood doors.
