A few of the staff were friendly
Negatives:
The room had a very bad smell. The toilet was dirty like someone just used it or it was not cleaned. Marijuana was throughout the motel. Overall just dirty

There were bugs in the bathroom! And it had no shampoo/conditioner. The TV remote was not working so we had to call for help

The front desk staff was very nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible.
Negatives:
We requested a linen and fresh towel change at the front desk. He said he'd add the room to the list. I saw the housekeeper and asked when she would be coming. She said if it's not on her list she wasn't doing it. The attitude is what pissed me off.
