I booked a suite. when I got there the front desk lady asked me if I needed a handicap room and I told her I booked a suite. She told me their suites cost much more than what I paid and that i didn’t reserve a suite. I showed her my booking confirmation and she said she doesn’t know why it said that I booked a suite because I didn’t book a suite for that price. So regardless of the fact that I booked and paid for a suite. She refused me a suite.

The bathroom was a little out of date. Lighting wasn't good for much including applying makeup or even shaving in the shower. The sink drain stopper was broken.
