It was close to the venue we were attending a concert.

The parking lot is horrible. Theres not nearly enough parking. The room we stayed in had random paint touch ups on the ceiling like there may have been water damage. The room smelled as if it once had been smoked in and not cleaned properly even though its a no smoking hotel. There were clear burn marks in the carpet, on the couch and on the coffee table. There wasnt a full roll of toilet paper to be found. The night front desk attendant was rude and acted inconvenienced by having to help.
