Negatives: roaches

Negatives: There was bugs around the inside corridors. Beds and pillows were flat.

Negatives: There was roaches in my room. I took pictures of them, went downstairs, and the lady refunded my money.

Negatives: The lobby heavily had a marijuana smell when we arrived. The room was poorly lit. We found multiple cockroaches in our room. We had a king size bed, that had 3 deformed pillows on it. The bedding had burn holes. The walls had visible cigarette smoke damage, in our No Smoking room. There was a persistent beeping from a smoke detector.

Negatives: The facilities were dirty. No blanket on the bed. The staff had a barking dog on the same floor as us. Barked constantly. Very bad representation of MOTEL 6

Negatives: Where to begin?, I booked two rooms, they were DISGUSTING, the staff was rude. I’ve been in some sketchy hotels and this by far took the cake. There were roaches crawling out of the air conditioner, the fridge didn’t work, the guys behind the desk were so nonchalant and couldn’t care less about anything. The only vending machines in the hotel were located in the lobby, on one of the machines was a note that said “machine doesn’t work, insert money at own risk”, and the other said “select soda before placing money” which I did and nothing happened, so I selected like a normal person would and I could hear it turning but nothing happened. I told the guy behind the counter and his response was “take the service number down and call them”, yeah like a service rep is going to drive across STL to give me two dollars back, all I wanted him to do was be aware of it and maybe keep someone else from losing money, it’s not my job to call the service rep to report their machines. Not to mention it looks like someone used our adjoining rooms as a torture chamber at one point and busted out of the bathroom door. This was literally the worst experience of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Pictures below

Negatives: Checked in after midnight tired exhausted from a birthday party went straight to bed as I got in bed I noticed there was only a sheet on the bed to cover up with but I was exhausted so overlooked that then woke up hours later to find roaches crawling everywhere at this point thought I’ll just wash my face and leave turned on the water it never got even like warm and then I realized all the towels and washcloths were dingy and had brown stains all on them attempted to call the front desk phone in room didn’t work gathered my stuff headed to the desk attempted to explain the situation to the girl at the front desk who responded by saying if you didn’t say anything last night I don’t wanna hear anything now and continued to have an attitude the entire check out I would not recommend this hotel to anybody I will never stay at another motel 6

Negatives: The AC unit wasn't working properly when brought to their attention well it's working. The property had many bad elements in and around the property (drugs prostitution etc) The sink tub and toilet were gurgling and backed up all over floor still were Not offered another room this is absolutely ridiculous for any property to treat patrons like this NEVER AGAIN
