Staff was great.

Well, it was -10 or so with wind blowing and the power went out on the heater and cold wind was just pouring into the not so sealed room, so I ended up having to sleep in the car for safety reasons.
Positives:
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were no bugs. Should have got a refund for no TV, no WIFI, no breakfast.
Negatives:
The maximum volume on the TV was so low it was worthless. With the AC on, you had to get within 18" to hear with the volume on 100%. The WIFI was a joke, worse than dial-up - worthless! At the time I was using it the facility was about 25% occupied.

This appears to be more of an extended stay hotel for semi-homeless people. I didn't feel very secure with leaving my UHaul and towed car full of computer equipment in the parking lot - took a 4 hour nap and left.

Could not stay there after we arrived the rooms are nasty and smelled like backed up sewer all facets were rusty and the rooms smelled bad had to buy a room at a better hotel to stay at so wasted --- dollars on that room now not happy at all .

rooms were not cleaned or ready for us at all this place needs to close down it has people who live there week to week and not a place I will ever book again the picture on the web site is very out dated the place is nasty not clean and very run down

It looked like a room that people use to do drugs in.. the room was also between to rooms that people obviously live in, animals rooming around that belong to the tenants. The room was dirty, it had a funny burning smell. Nothing about that room was ok..

Fairly reasonable price with easy access. Room and bed was clean.

Older motel starting to need some repairs.

Some traffic noise, which would have been unnoticeable if the wall heater had a fan-only option.

Fast check-in and check-out. Good location within easy driving distance to restaurants, stores and a theater. The rooms and beds were clean. It was nice to have a microwave & refrigerator. The rooms are due for some upgrades, though I felt my money was well-spent.

Everything was old...was not clean. Door jam needed to be completely repaired. Not sure if they got on your list because of a number listed under a chain name. We felt like leaving because of the conditions. It was on a main road...heavy traffic. We did not bring in anything and left early in the morning...we did not get much sleep. We feel that even though we would be charged if we cancelled late...your company should accomodate customers in this type of situation and try and book them a room at another hotel. This is the worse we have every been at. Like I stated most foreigners who are in the hotel business....DO NOT take care of them. If we are traveling and not sure where we are going to stop and we pull in and see foreigners at the desk...we drive on and we also ask to see the rooms.

Get what you pay for. Had no other choice as Mexico, MO is small town... horrible experience. Priceline should not even recommend.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The owners were nice enough but it is just an old, old, dirty hotel. As I said, you get what you pay for but when I made reservations, there was nothing else available in Mexico.
