Below average. The area was safe and ok.
Negatives:
It would have not made me so mad if the housekeeping had changed the sheets on one bed . Instead they just made the bed up and made it look good. I can tell if there are clean fresh sheets on a bed. I was very upset we the paying customer had to change the sheets . That is total unacceptable!

We were greeted kindly and we found the hotel and room to be clean. The pillows and bed were very soft. We felt safe and slept well. The price was great and the service was excellent.

The young man at the desk was very accommodating. We had our dogs, he gave us a room on ground floor and next to exit.
Negatives:
There had been a snowstorm the day before and the parking lot was very icy. I mentioned it to the front desk, he said the company that cleans parking lot was too busy to come that day! Not the hotel's fault but I would hire a different company.
