The manager is so rude!! Her staff is nice but they fear her and act so nervous every time she is around. She never smiles and has the worst customer service skills. I was highly disappointed. Also the breakfast barely had options

Very quiet, felt safe, located right off the highway-easy on/off, plenty of dining options nearby, friendly front desk staff

Nothing I didn't really like, but if I was to be nit picky, the overwhelming, headache inducing smell of weed in the hallway. Not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. My hair dryer did not work and the young lady, who was working in another room, tried to find me a working hair dryer. When she could not she allowed me to go into a vacant room, she had just cleaned, and use that

Staff did not seem visible but when needed they were there to give the services we need. Even though housekeeping was very busy they found time to change the sheets when asked. loved that the hotel was so close to the highway.
