The room was clean. The bed was firm. The receptionist did a great job of taking care of us. The ac unit worked perfectly.

The ROOM was VERY CLEAN!
Everything was in place ALL the things you would need. STAFF was very pleasant EVEN ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP TO MY ROOM!

OUTSIDE NOT GOOD! Grass overgrown. Entrance NOT CLEAN AND STAIRWAYS TERRIBLE DIRTY. I was surprised how clean and nice the room was compared to outside! Need to up grade outside. Just PAINT AND LANDSCAPE WOULD HELP CLEAN RAILS AND STAIRS , DOORS & Windows to entrances!
Would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room!

Close to the college. Front desk guy was nice.
Negatives:
Beds were hard and I don't think they changed the bedding. There was a stain on one of the beds that looked like it could be blood. There was a boiled egg in a Ziploc bag in the fridge that indicated no cleaning. And even though it said no smoking it reeked so bad of smoke we had to go get febreeze to help elevate the smell. And the plugs were hit or miss on whether they worked or not.

The room looked better on the inside than the out.
Negatives:
Walked in and stood there for quite some time. Called out to get anyone's attention, and 10 min later, the guy came out n helped us.
There were 2 taxis there, and the drivers were acting very suspicious in the back. It was weird!
