An extra $15 a night is worth getting the bare minimum of a clean place to stay the night.

I had to call two different numbers to get someone to the front desk. The location is right along a very busy road and the traffic was loud. There was dog poop all in the only spot to take my dogs to the bathroom and there was poop in the actual parking lot.

After the first night they switched me to the back side away from the loud traffic and it was quiet and comfortable. The staff was extremely eager to please and very nice people. The front side is too close to the loud traffic.
Negatives:
The only thing that would have made it better would have been if they furnished an iron and ironing board.

It had an ice machine that had ice in it and there was hot running water.

Not a great value. The place was not well maintained. The place was not very clean at all. The bathtub was filthy. Also there was a nasty odor.

Staff was very kind.

The AC in my room didnt seem to work very well. It kicked off before it ever reached any kind of low temperature. Not good. Contacted front desk and he said it was fine. He said to contact him if there were more troubles. I had to get sleep so I cant keep calling him all night long. Be good if they could check the AC units and make sure theyre working before somebody else or suitcase to the third-floor and finds out it doesnt at 3 AM.
