The front desk worker was very kind.

The person previously on staff did not put someone that had checked in previously in the system and we were given the room keys to a room that was occupied causing us to walk in on someone in there room which made us all uncomfortable.

Ok for the night.
Positives:
Not fancy, but clean. Complimentary breakfast with lots of choices. Refrigerator about twice as much capacity as the usual small refrigerator in a hotel room. Extra towels available on shelf under the bathroom sink.
Negatives:
When I returned to my room in the evening of the second day, the hotel maids had given me fresh towels, but had not made the bed. This next situation was not the hotel's fault, but a water main burst in their parking lot overnight, so no water was available on my last morning. Since I was checking out later that morning, I am not sure how long the hotel guests were without water.

8-10 children playing hockey (goal set up and everything) up and down the hall outside my door until 10 pm. Running and yelling for 3 hours..

Some sketchy people in parking lot there are a lot of homeless due to the Denny's and gas station near by
