It was not clean . Hair from a previous guest all over the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, soap dispenser falling off the wall . Towels were not dry and we had not used them

I could have remained in the room if it hadn't been for the weed smell that permeated our room. We left after one night instead of staying the second, because we just couldn't handle the intensity of the smell.

Room not clean, dishwasher falling out, large nail sticking out by dishwasher, one TV did not work, no towels, heat did not work properly, snow and ice not removed on sidewalks. The room was paid for but they still put an additional $100 charge.

Walls paper thin, you could EVERYTHING. Rooms with kitchens had no supplies. Rooms not clean nor were they cleaned or picked up during your stay, so no clean towels unless you asked.

Room beautiful, clean, has everything I needed which not many hotel room do or if do the pricing is off the scales.

I really wish they had breakfast included to top of the good experiences there. Other then that just the creepy hole in the floor in the kitchen. Not sure what that was about , you can most def see thru it. Not sure if it went into the other room or not but yeah.

Low toilet, there was old food in cabinet, garbage disposal did not close, vent a hood light did not work, noisy. One bedroom door latches were reversed and wouldnt shut correctly
