Young lady working in the Gift shop / Starbucks was especially friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
A/C in room was not consistent and I woke up feeling hot a few times in the night. Pillows weren’t firm enough for me—would be nice to have an extra firm pillow in closet for those who have that preference.
I was in town overnight for a funeral, so not a lot of time for me to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer. I would stay with you again.

Staff was nice. It was close to Hollywood Ampitheater where we were seeing a concert.
Negatives:
Our room was right outside the elevator. We heard them all night long so couldn't sleep. Also the breakfast was awful! Sausage links were so rubbery and greasy. Potatoes were undercooked and eggs had little flavor.
