It is a very nice place to relax.

I liked it a lot! The pool is nice (deck needs to be cleaned more often) and the breakfast was good (but the coffee terrible! Glad I brought my own)

The carpets need to be shampooed, not just vacuumed. This isnt unusual for hotels, I know but the carpet is dirty due to messy guests, not the hotel staff. Some disgusting guest must have spilled something between the beds because the carpet was crunchy

All them kids was running around all night couldnt sleep the breakfast food was nasty kids playing with the fire alarm so it went off two times in the earlier morning hours the pool room smelled strong with all chlorine

I love the location and how it was clean with no musky order. Geneva was so pleasant and friendly; also, her greeting/ welcome was great. The young lady who made the omelets and pancakes was very nice and committed to doing her best to make orders as prompt and proficient as possible.
Negatives:
The breakfast was mediocre. When the website said breakfast was made to order, I expected more of a selection. The selection of food was very limited. The young lady who made the omelets and pancakes was great; however, the line was outrageous. No one tried to help her fulfill the orders. The bacon was salty on the first morning of our stay; the second day, it was a bit better. The teamwork was not the greatest.

Positives:
The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was big and comfortable for us and our daughter and her friend. The breakfast was wonderful and had something for everyone. The pool and hot tub were nice when we were able to use it.
Negatives:
The pool was small for the size of hotel in my opinion. We tried to swim one evening and the hot tub was packed and the pool was so full you could just stand in it. The next morning the pool was closed for cleaning around 8am before we left.
