It would have been the best weekend, including our hotel stay if they wouldn't have charge me and one of my guests BOTH.
I NEED MY $188.09 that I HELD the Room with only was charged. A week later and still don't have it. My family went with out a Thanksgiving meal bc of this nonsense!! Everyone I talk to said, dispute it with my bank! What the heck? Plus I KNOW I dropped my brand new Samsung Galaxy A15 5G in the bar getting our free drinks before we took an Uber to The Family Arena for our concert and the staff wouldn't even look. I feel like I didn't deserve to actually get out with my Childhood friends and enjoy myself. My husband is so upset with me and the hotel for taking his money! Unexceptable! We are barely surviving after losing our home, so I guess I just need not to go anywhere or enjoy myself, because this is what happened only to me.
