I liked the bed, it was comfortable, the bathroom tub felt nice, the shower felt nice, plenty of towels

The reason for a 5 rating is because, when I arrived they said that I wasn’t in the system even when I had a id number, the room didn’t look like same room I had picked online, the spa wasn’t working, and the pool had hair floating around in it with chipped paint at the bottom of pool, room is super small, the view outside was horrible, I was looking at a ugly building , definitely not a luxury hotel for the luxury money and to be combined with Hilton it should have looked a lot better, I have been to a lot of nice looking Hotels , this one was pittiful

Positives:
It was about ten mins from down town area.
Negatives:
The pool was disgusting the hot tub was broken. There was a baseball team that stayed as well. They were up all night running up and down the halls. Screaming and yelling we stayed in a room on the third floor. On the backside of the building right next to the indoor pool. There was 15-30 kids yelling and screaming. While there parents sat outside in lawn chairs drinking. While we were trying to sleep it was so bad I had to download an app. With a rain/storm noise to be able to sleep. Hotel staff did nothing to stop this. The free breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Doubt I’ll stay at this hotel ever again. For the price was not impressed.

The breakfast was very good. My wife really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The two ladies in the kitchen was very nice, we enjoyed talking with them.

When we arrived the room had an order, and we ran out of body wash on our last night.

Positives:
The breakfast was wonderful and the ladies that prepared it were also wonderful. All of the staff was very good. My low rating was not because of the any staff that we interacted with but because of the state of the room.
Negatives:
We stayed at this hotel last year, (July 2023), it has gone way down in cleanliness, that is why I won't stay here again. You might look at your housecleaning workers, and upkeep of things like chairs, carpets, etc. There was something on the wall that I almost took a picture of to show you and the next morning I saw something on my comforter, (only the Lord knows what and I don't even WANT to know it was gross and to think I had that around me...), anyway cleanliness is a problem there so I won't stay there again, which is a shame because the staff and kitchen workers were so friendly.
