The carpets in the hallways and rooms are pretty old and stuffy, and the elevator needs some cleaning and airfresher. The bathroom was so tiny with a head shower that required that one get a shower cap to take a bath. The entrance to the hotel is so bumpy that if you don't drive with caution, you can lose your tires.

Room had a smell to it. The carpets needed cleaning. They were sticky like someone had a dog that peed on them at some point. Door to the bathroom was broke and hard to pull shut. There was stuff on the walls and door to the bathroom. Mainly stayed for the hot breakfast but the breakfast was not hot at all. It was barely cooked. Will not stay here again!

The staff except for one gentleman was very unfriendly and seemed like they couldn’t do anything when I would ask for something. The breakfast was under cooked the pool was so ice cold that it could only be swam in for 20 minutes tops.

Do not recommend. After i checked in it seems as if one of the workers waited to follow me back to my room then they proceeded to make an excuse to get into my room. Later that night someone was trying to open my door and they had a passkey because there was no other way to get in. Me and my partner felt as if we were being watched the entire time we were in the room and we could not get any sleep because we did not feel safe here.

The sheets and towels had yellow and brown stains on them, the hair dryer in my room was not working. The lights did not all work in the room, the shower only had cold water, the “hot” breakfast was cold and slightly frozen, it smelled like marijuana in the hall ways, someone tried to get into my room while we were in there, so it made me worried sleeping at night that someone would try to get in again. The refrigerator was full of accumulated ice from the freezer so I couldn’t store anything in it and finally the cost was way too much to have to deal with all of that! I am very disappointed and slightly aggravated with my stay here

Got there and someone had overdosed on the parking lot. Then when in to check in and the guy at the counter tried to charge me double over 200.00 for a one night stay when I booked it on here and said 83.00 per night.

We had light bulbs that didn't work, and the desk was falling apart. The drawer in the nightstand wouldn't work. The staff made me feel not welcomed like I wasn't supposed to be there. The bed where I llayed my head was dirty after I pulled the blankets away,l. There was food left in the fridge from previous people. The front doors of the vestibule were broken and remained open the whole time, and the side door was smashed. And unuseable, so there's a safety violation. The indoor pool was freezing, and they had a bucket in the hallway to collect dripping water from a broken pipe. There were only 2 towles in the room for 4 people. And when I asked for more, I had to return 2 of them to get 3 back. Overall, I didn't feel welcomed there.
