Motel 6-Saint Joseph MO

Negatives: I did not like the bed bugs that were attacking us and the fact that the employees sprayed in the room while we were actually staying there. they refused to give us a refund as it states on the beginning County health department website.

Negatives: The room was terrible. Two beds and a TV. Almost nothing else. No phone, no shower curtain, no shampoo. Only towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. The walls and door were dirty. The carpet was dirty. There were bugs everywhere. We left one day early to drive back home instead of sleep there again

Negatives: I liked it all

Negatives: No hot water, Heater did not work, no shampoo provided,

Negatives: Everything was great and worth the stay!!! Definitely a step up from my previous stay's!!! Nothing that I didn't like!!

Negatives: Everything was excellent

Negatives: Our first room was loaded with roaches- on the bed,floor,wall and coming out of the sink, and in fridge. Mattresses were cut up and stained. Horrible smell. Left the room immediately. Second room was cleaner, and smelled better. No immediate sign of roaches. Saw one on the table in the morning

Negatives: TV had dark stripe along the screen. Lamp was missing the shade. They wouldn't give us another room. No coffee in the morning until I asked for some at 8am and then had to wait for it and then no sugar. Outside building not well taken care of.

Negatives: The first room we were in had no mirror at all, no telephone and the smoke alarm was hanging by wires from the ceiling. After listening to my complaint the gentleman at the front desk moved us into a newly renovated room but we still had no mirror or telephone. Also the door lock was apparently not installed right because the door stuck constantly and wouldn't shut all the way. Which means it also wouldn't lock and was very chilly in the room.

Negatives: Staff coughed in hand and didn't sanitize before touching my card, one pillow didn't have a pillowcase, TV had less than 5 working channels, no wifi, room was situated at the end of the 2nd floor of a building they're renovating so going to our room after parking in front of it meant walking down the hall twice, dead bird in lower hall, strange lighting without cover (just lightbulb)

Negatives: 1. No working tv. 2. Door didnt shut all the way. 3. Charged double than my quote. 4. Roach city. 5. Dried blood on the walls in the bathroom. 6. Bugs crawling on you while you sleep. 7. People letting their pets crap in the parking lot next to vehicles. 8. Very thin walls. 9. Air/heater didnt work. 10. Random ppl knocking on my door asking if i need company.
