Negatives: Room had roaches and bed bugs

Negatives: Broken floor, broken and stained bed, drain didn't drain, curtain would not shut so no privacy. Room was over all nasty and even went to desk and complained about the floors and being unsafe but still had to stay in it. Didn't get no sleep the entire time because the bed was broke. But the manager got to stay in a nice remodeled room while paying guest got crap rooms Will never go back

Negatives: no coffee or refrigerator in rooms

Negatives: there wasn’t any mirrors in the room or bathroom.

Negatives: The volume didn't work on TV n it smelled like cats.

Negatives: The weather, rainy and cold was what myself and my friend didn't like. But the hotel was warm and very comfortable, and guess what they did leave a light on for us.

Negatives: the tv only had one channel, the wifi didn’t work well in my room, and the heater did not get hot, towels were still stained/dirty

Negatives: The staff was rude from the moment we got here not wanting to help with anything when asked for clean towels I was told I had to wait until the maid finished her rooms then she would bring me what she had so many hours later she gave me a floor mat and a hand towel telling me that's all she could do. Something happens the next day so I go to the manager and ask her to help she gives me the same thing a floor mat and a hand towel. So I waited until one of the maids left their cart unattended and took a couple towels. It's extremely hard to dry off with a hand towel. There were roaches in the room and it got worse as the days went by and the fridge didn't not work it froze anything we stuck in it and if we were to turn it down to below freezing all the items stays warm and goes bad
