Dirty room. Dirty stained bedding. Broken shower. Bar/lounge NOT as advertised- closes early (but bartender L was awesome). Parking is 3 blocks away and shuttle service is NOT readily available as described in booking.com listing. Breakfast is NOT even a continental breakfast… it was a choice of one item: breakfast sandwich, one waffle or one scrambled egg. Not worth the price we paid to receive breakfast for each person in our package. No maintenance staff on duty to deal with broken shower. It took multiple complaints and almost 24 hours before being offered another room which was also in poor condition, specifically the bathroom door was falling off the track and extremely low water pressure in shower. Pool was over crowded with kids the entire time. No time for a few minutes of adult swim.
