I had lots of choices in St Louis, I got a room specifically to relax in the hot tub that was pictured still as available. They were ripping it out. Not available. And the pool was closed for cleaning. My room was small compared to many I've stayed at for less. I spent twice as much as I should've.

I am rating the booking company, I made the reservation, when I showed up to check in the desk clerk was sympathetic, said she didn't know what to do but she did not have the accommodations we had reserved. I then spent the next two hours driving and finding another hotel.

It was in a great location. We have a child in a wheelchair and the room was semi-accessible. The bathroom was great size for the chair!!

The ice machine and laundry facilities on our floor(the first floor) were out of order. We had five guests in our room and when I went to ask for more towels (there were only two in our room) the front desk associate complained about all towels being in use.

a hot tub was advertised, one of the reasons i picked this hotel. however, it was not working and i was not notified ahead of time. Other hotels i have stayed at called me and let me know before my stay.
also, i fully inteded on a pet deposit but they said it was $75 and then charged me $150, even the contract for the pet was different than what i was charged

The couch in the king room was all stained up and wasn't very comfortable for the kids. I had to get extra sheets for the kids since our room had none. The blankets the kids were given were very worn as well. Also NO microwave or mini fridge... We brought popcorn for a snack and couldn't bring any leftovers back with us...Also the hot tub was out of use. My daughter has been wanting to use a hot tub and we were happy seeing they had one just to be disappointed when we got there. The pebbles in the pool room were also coming out of the floor and sticking to our feet.
