Positives:
The bar and grill did not have their liquor license so we had to go off campus to drink. It was a family gathering of about 25 people and this is the main reason we chose this establishment. They did not disclose the bar was not serving alcoholic beverages when we booked. We would NOT have chosen this establishment if we had know we had to leave the building to have drinks with out meals.

Breakfast was good. Parking was good and the access in front and back were easy to get in and out of the hotel.

The hotel pool and hot tub looked beautiful, but they were closed due to a new A/C system being installed.

Staff was really great. You could tell in the rooms the place wasn't very new, but it was updated where it mattered and felt very clean. Shower was particularly clean-feeling for a hotel.

We were very disappointed when we arrived. At time of booking we made the decision to stay there due to the fact there was an indoor pool for the kids , a bar for the adults, and a restaurant for the family, but after arriving we learned the pool was closed, the bar didn’t even have a liquor license and was told the restaurant had a limited supply of food. None of this was even remotely mentioned at time of booking the rooms 3 days before. Now let’s get to the Room we had king room we do have a large family. 14 in all No where near what we booked only had I king bed 1 queen bed no pull out bed . The mini fridge did not work . And the smell in the room was as if there was rotting food somewhere . The other 4 room around us had the same smell. As heard by other guest.but with all do respect we will no longer be staying there. Nor will any of my family, friends or business associates. The thing is there was 6 more people with 3 room that left with us at the same time.

We stay here often because it is close to family in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, the morning breakfast is very good but they do not serve decaf coffee or have hot water to make tea.
