Negatives: The morning staff for the morning or our checkout were extremely rude. At breakfast I was behind a mother and her young son and while she was trying to help the little boys make a plate while trying to make hers as well was told by a hotel attendant, I assume the woman who had to clean the breakfast hall that morning, that she needed to “move along because there were other people waiting.” This visibly upset the woman and made her feel very bad. She told her son “come on buddy I guess we need to hurry we’re taking too long” Then while also at breakfast I was in line to make a waffle and I had went down to breakfast by myself and was bringing it back to my room. While in line there was one person at the waffle iron and I was behind him. I set my one plate and two cups of milk down in front of me. It was not in anyone’s way or anything but the attendant came and told me I was not allowed to put a plate on the breakfast counter even though I was standing Right next to it. She told me I had to set it on a table and come back to line, again I was alone so nobody to watch my plate. When I had arrived the night before I was told they offer an hour on the late checkout and I had mentioned since we got in at 10 PM we would probably request it and we were told to just call as early as possible in the morning. I called at 8am and was told in a very snappy tone “we can’t do late checkout best I can do is give you an extra 30 min” and was hung up on. The staff at night when we arrived were amazing super helpful and polite but when morning came around it went from a 4/5 star hotel to a 2/3

Negatives: Not the cleanest, no microwave in the room, slow elevator.

Negatives: You could hear everything when someone's in the bathroom. The fan wouldn't come on to hide any sound.

Negatives: Charges for pet were not explained.

Negatives: Did not like having to request house keeping but that is standard in most places now.

Negatives: There was a lot of water damage on the ceiling of my room which was on the top floor and it appeared to be from an active leak as it was raining and we were in the top floor. It was a short stay and the hotel was great otherwise.

Negatives: The elevator was slow. only 1 was working. The vending machine for coke was 5 dollars, but we noticed Pepsi was 3 only after we had already got the coke. Breakfast was ok. Enough selection
