The building is outdated and is having problems. The front desk clerk was very rude (Ms. Erica) and still was rude during our stay. My credit card was charged without my knowledge after I already made a full payment and was waiting on a refund. Instead of the refund, I was charged. They changed my room 3 times due to some issues then the next day, I was given an upgrade as an apology but they never send housekeeping for the day to give us clean towels and turn our bed over.

Close to interstate and restaurants. The free breakfast was tasty. The food area was clean and well stocked and the employee there was welcoming and friendly.

Everything else. The room was dingy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The hallways smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. The main light switch in our room did not work. When I filled a cup with water to make coffee, it had black specks floating around.
