Great location right by the park, and all the main hospitals if that's why you're there

Applebee's is attached to the hotel, making it easy to get a quick bite
Negatives:
Room wasn't ready almost 2 hours after check-in had started
Bathtub tap wasn't working properly since half the water was still going through the tap instead of the showerhead
There were only 2 towel sets for 4 people so we had to call front desk for more
Parking wasn't included in the price and there is no direct connection between the parking lot and the hotel, getting around a little annoying

They did not have valet parking !! I am on a cane because of hip replacement surgery….it was a nightmare. A very kind hotel guest helped me get my luggage to the car after checking out.

I liked the location, and the comfortable bed and bedding.
Negatives:
I did not like having to keep the shades down because our window faced a parking garage. We had no daylight. And the self-park parking garage we paid for had very narrow spaces, and was open to the street without visible security.
