The sofa had hair on it & the bathroom floor too! Breakfast wasn't included. Breakfast area was full of the same large group that had the large room. So we couldn't even sit down to eat when some wasn't eating. A couple behind us legit had to eat in the lobby area. It was pitful.

we were on the 3rd floor,the ice machine didnt work,so i had to go to the 2nd floor. we had a hard time finding a cab,as we were going to Busch Stadium to a concert. we paid 15.00 to park in the hotel parking garage,and it was to far to walk. Checking out,only one lady,when there shouldve been 2 people,so she told us the Booking.com would give us a receipt. Ive always gotten a receipt at any hotel i stayed at
